H&H Collection will provide their customers with many images/videos/details of each product with as much information about sizes and measurements. Thus we request our customers kindly read all description and additional information provided under each product before placing their order, in order to avoid any disappointment. H&H Collection does not offer Refund, Exchange or Cancellations under any circumstances. Once the customer has received the product we do not hold the responsibility for any unwanted/wrong items.

Disclaimers for faulty/damage items should be disclosed at the point/time when the product is received. The customer should contact us via email hnh.collection16@gmail.com (response within the 48 hours).  If the Item is not fit for purpose, we will use our discretion to offer exchange/refund. But we reserve the right to refuse an exchange/refund depending on individual scenario. However, if a refund/exchange is agreed, the product should be returned in the same resealable unworn condition it arrived. Evidence of return date and postage will be required.
